What started out in 2013 as a father renovating his son’s overgrown little league field has developed into Southern California’s premier athletic field renovation and construction company. Rick Mitchell and Mike Osborne teamed up with the former San Diego Padres Groundskeeper, Luke Yoder, who was considered by many to be the best in all of MLB.

Today, one would be hard pressed to find a San Diego County school district, university, municipal park, training center or professional team who hasn’t worked with Diamond Designs.

The reason is simple: We are obsessed with providing quality work. We don’t cut corners; “good enough” is never good enough.
